Bach-Uyen Le Thi, M.D.
Dr. Le Thi was born in Saigon, Vietnam. She was raised in Tampa, Florida. She received her B.S. Degree in Biology in 1992 from the University of West Florida and her M.D. degree from the University of Florida in 1997. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in private practice since September 2000.
Joseph Fountain, D.O.
Dr. Joseph Fountain was born in Birmingham, AL. He graduated from Auburn University in 1991 with M.Ed and B.S. in Exercise Physiology. Then Medical School in 2000 from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Fountain served his Internship and Residency at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute in St. Petersburg, FL. Dr. Fountain is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has been in private practice since 2002.
Travis Larson, M.D.
Dr. Travis Larson was born in Pensacola, FL, and raised in Milton, FL. At Florida State University, he received his B. S. Degree in Biochemistry and then M. D. Degree in 2017. He completed his residency training at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, MC. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and joined the practice in 2020.
R. Lee Barnes, M.D.
R. Lee Barnes, M.D., MPH, is a board-certified family medicine practicing at Gulf Coast Physician Partners. He received his medical doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL, and completed his residency training at the SIU Family Medicine Residency Program . Dr. Barnes has been practicing medicine since 1997.
Dr. Barnes is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in treatment of blood pressure, cholesterol, preventive care, physicals, wellness exams, urgent care illness, chronic illnesses, and minor skin surgical procedures (such as biopsies, lesion, destruction, etc.). Additionally, he particularly enjoys helping patients reach their wellness goals with weight loss.
Dr. Barnes is committed to providing comprehensive, efficient and compassionate primary care. From the time he was young, he was interested in medicine and enjoys the variety of care he can provide as a family medicine physician. He believes in listening to his patients, and partnering with them in their overall care.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Barnes enjoys fishing, target shooting and time with his family. He is a self-professed nerd, and that's ok because he has a great sense of humor!
