Karen G. Snow, M.D.
Dr. Snow was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She is married and has one child. She received a B.S. Degree in Biology from Auburn University in 1988 and received her M.D. Degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1992. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Snow has been in private practice in Pensacola since July, 1995.

William J. Whibbs, M.D.
Dr. Whibbs was born in Buffalo, New York. He is married, has four children, and two grandchildren. He received a B.A. Degree in Chemistry from Spring Hill College in 1970 and his M.D. Degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Florida, Gainesville in 1974. He is still an avid Gator fan. Dr. Whibbs is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and currently has 30 years in private practice. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Dr. Whibbs is a part-time physician with our practice.

Jennifer G. Miley, M.D.
Dr. Miley was born in Oneonta, Alabama. She is married to Glen and they have two children, Anna and Matthew. She received her B.S. Degree in Biology from the University of Alabama in 1994, graduating magna cum laude; and her M.D. Degree from the University of South Alabama in 1998. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Miley is licensed to practice in Florida and is a member of the clinical faculty for FSU.

Alicia L. Chen, M.D.
Dr. Chen was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Zoology from the University of Maryland with honors, Alpha Omega Alpha, from Tufts University School of Medicine Boston, Massachusetts in 1995. She is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice in Florida. Dr. Chen works with Florida State University Medical School as an associate professor and works with pharmaceutical companies studying new medications on the market. She has been in private practice for approximately 7 years in the gulf coast area of Florida.

Lisa King, M.D.
Dr. King was born and raised in South Alabama. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family in the local area. Dr. King received her B.S. Degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She attended medical school in Nashville, TN at Meharry Medical College. Dr. King completed a three year family practice residency in Dayton Ohio at a Wright State University Affiliated Hospital. Dr. King is board certified in family practice and is licensed in Florida and Ohio. Prior to moving to the Pensacola area, Dr. King was in private practice in Zanesville, Ohio for five years. Dr. King moved back to the Gulf Coast in 2005 and has been a physician with Gulf coast Physician Partners since July 2005.

Hilary Hultstrand, M.D.
Dr. Hultstrand was born in Pensacola, Florida. She is married and has one child. She received her B.S. Degree in Microbiology and Zoology with honors from the University of Florida in 1999; and her M.D. from the University of Florida, College of Medicine in 2004 where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She holds an honored membership into Chapman Humanism Society. She completed her residency in Tallahassee Florida where she served as Chief Resident then moved back to Pensacola to be closer to her family. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice.
