Milton Office: 5992 Berryhill Rd, Suite 300
This location houses offices for four physicians and two nurse practitioners with x-ray, laboratory and procedure rooms for doing sigmoidoscopy, skin procedures and fracture treatment. This office serves the greater Milton/Pace area and is conveniently located on the campus of Santa Rosa Medical Center.

The Milton Office is located in the Medical Office Building, which sits to the left of the hospital.  Our suite is on the third floor, making a right off the elevators.
