David B. Young, M.D.
Dr. Young was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is married. He received a B.A. Degree in Chemistry from Louisiana Tech University in 1971 and his M.D. Degree from Louisiana State University in 1975. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and has been in private practice since Sept, 1980. He is licensed to practice in Florida.

Dennis R. Mayeaux, M.D.
Dr. Mayeaux was born in Louisiana. He is married and has three children. He received an A.A. Degree from Pensacola Junior College in 1974, a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1976 from the University of Florida and his M.D. Degree from the University of Miami in 1980. He is Board Certified with Family Practice and by the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Mayeaux has been in private practice since August, 1983. He is licensed to practice in Florida.


Janet I. Lewis, M.D.
Dr. Lewis was born in Milton, Florida. She received an A.A. Degree in 1979 from Pensacola Junior College, a B.S. Degree in Biology from Florida State University in 1981, a Bachelors of Health Science Degree "Physician Assistant" from the University of Florida in 1985 and her M.D. Degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Lewis is licensed to practice in Florida and is Board Certified for Family Practice.  She has been in private practice since July 1997.

Bach-Uyen Le Thi, M.D.  
Dr. Le Thi was born in Saigon, Vietnam.  She was raised in Tampa, Florida.  Dr. Le Thi is married and has four children.  She received her B.S. Degree in Biology in 1992 from the University of West Florida,
and her M.D. Degree from University of Florida in 1997.  She is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and has been in private practice since September 2000.  She is licensed to practice in Florida.

William J. Whibbs, M.D.
 Dr. Whibbs was born in Buffalo, New York. He is married, has four children, and two grandchildren. He received a B.A. Degree in Chemistry from Spring Hill College in 1970 and his M.D. Degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Florida, Gainesville in 1974. He is still an avid Gator fan. Dr. Whibbs is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and currently has 30 years in private practice. He is licensed to practice in Florida. Dr. Whibbs is a part-time physician with our practice.
